Ryan Moss

Ryan has built his career around customer service—first in the automotive industry and now in real estate with Lakeside Properties since 2020. A native Kansan, he grew up in the Alta Vista and Council Grove area and graduated from Kansas State University in 2008. After college, he began his career at Schram Chrysler Dodge Jeep and later owned and operated Manhattan Motors from 2014 to 2021.

Ryan became a licensed real estate agent and joined Lakeside Properties in 2020. In a small community, it means helping clients on both sides of the transaction—buyers and sellers alike—across residential, commercial, agricultural, and lake properties.

Ryan is married to Katie Catlin-Moss, and they have a daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys time at Council Grove City Lake and attending K-State athletic events with his family. He especially enjoys helping families discover what they love most about lake living—whether it’s fishing, swimming, boating, escaping the 9-to-5, or simply making memories together.
